ISLAMABAD: The branches of 13 different banks have collected so far over 330,000 applications under Government Hajj Scheme 2018. Balloting for the collected applications would be held on January 26 at 4:00 PM.

The scheduled Banks and their designated branches would complete the application receiving process today on January 24.

Balloting would be held on January 26 at 4:00 PM. Minister Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony will do the balloting. Balloting results will be available soon after balloting will be done and the successful applicants would also be informed through SMS on their provided cell number.

While, total number of seats set for Pakistan is 179,210 and as many as 120,000 pilgrims would perform Hajj under Government Hajj Scheme 2018 out of this (179,210) grand total in upcoming Hajj. Remaining 59,210 would perform Hajj under Private Hajj Scheme.

Once the balloting is done, an SMS will be sent to the applicants to share the result.

The balloting result shall also be made available online.
