PEMRA bans ARY Mubashir Lucman’s program “Khara Sach”

Islamabad: PEMRA (Pakistan Electronic Media regulatory Authority) has banned the ARY program “Khara Such” and its host Mubashir Luqman.

Mubashir Luqman, is a Pakistani talk show host. He is currently the host of Khara Sach, a talk show on ARY News. He is considered as one of the top anchors.

In the statement released by PEMRA, the Authority ban the program after the order of Lahore High Court issued on October 17 (Numbers RL, and R. G. No. W-2070/2014).

It has been stated in the release that (ARY communication Pvt Ltd) ARY will not on air the program till the final decision has made.

Furthermore, the hearing of the case on Mubashir Lucman is under process.

PEMRA also ordered that Mubashir Lucman cannot work with ARY and all other TV channels as a commentator, host and anchor.

Lahore High Court order’s copy has been sent to all the TV channels so that they should implement court orders, authority said.

Ary has been warned by PEMRA that if he did not work over orders then disciplinary action against him will be taken and his license will be revoked, fined or both the punishments may apply.

  2. The unilateral banning of Khara Sach and Mubashir Luqman by PEMRA without ” DUE
    HEARING ” process is extremely deplorable and warrants CONDEMNATION from every patriotic Pakistani, who have been TAKEN FOR A RIDE ” for far too long by our CORRUPT ELITE.
    One hope and pray that HONESTY, COMMON SENCE TUTH will prevail soon, and we shall see Mubashir Luqman and. KHARA SACH reinstated witout delay.
