West Indies leg-spinner Devendar Bishoo’s career best 8-49 against Pakistan

Day Four: Pakistan and West Indies are playing their first Day-Night test in dubai stadium, yesterday was the fouth day of the test and West Indies Leg-Spinner Devendar Bishoo took his career best 8-49.

Bishoo’s stunning performance force the Pakistani team to stop at 123 in their 2n inning. No doubt this can be the best ever by Bishoo as a spinner against Pakistan for life time.

He limited the Sami Aslamat at 44, Asad Shafiq at 5, Babar Azam at 21, Misbah-ul-Haq (Captain) at 15, Sarfraz Ahmed (WC) at 15, Mohammad Nawaz at 0, Wahab Riaz at 5 and Mohammad Amir at 1.

Bishoo said he was delighted at his feat.

“I tried my plan and it worked,” said Bishoo, who also finished with 10-158 — his first ten wicket haul in his 19th Test.”

“I am delighted to get 8-49 which is a great feeling and I don’t have words to describe it — (I’m) more happy for our position because we think we have a very good chance of winning.”

We congratulate the Bishoo on his marvelous bowling against Pakistan in second inning of the 1st day-night test at Dubai.
